Assistant City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding
Item 4A, "Anticipated Litigation ", City Council gave directions to the City Attorney t o
continue its legal work on behalf of the C ity but and there is no reportable action under th e
Brown Act.
Assistant City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council met in Closed Session regarding
Item 48, "Conference with Real Property Negotiators", there is no reportable action .
Assistant City Attorney Murphy reported that City Council continued Closed Session Item
4C "Employee Performance Evaluation " to the next meeting .
5. ADJOURNMENT
The City Council Special Meeting was adjourned at 7 :57p.m .
