TEMPLE CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING OF MAY 30, 1989
1. CALL TO ORDER
Pursuant to Agenda posted May 26, 1989, the Special Meeting
of the Agency was called to order by Chairman Froehle.

Froehle, Special Counsel Parrington and
Executive Director Koski
A. THE TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY RECESSED
TO A CLOSED SPECIAL MEETING PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 54956.8 TO GIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE AGENCY'S
NEGOTIATOR REGARDING NEGOTIATIONS CONCERNING THE ACQUISI-
TION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT:
8863 E. Las Tunas Drive
8925 E. Las Tunas Drive
8729 Rosemead Boulevard
8844 -50 Elm Avenue
After reviewing revised appraisals, the Agency authorized
staff to proceed with preparing and presenting contingent
offers to owners of the above - referenced properties.
3. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M. The next regular meeting
of the Community Redevelopment Agency will be held on June 6,
1989, at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 5938 North
Kauffman, Temple City.
