PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION

INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER -
2. ROLL CALL - Commissioner Baudendistel, Clift, Nimri, Shen, Stratis
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
4. CEREMONIAL MATTERS
A. ORGANIZATION OF COMMISSION
The Commission will proceed with the election a Chairman and Vice-
Chairman and follow the procedure as suggested for selection of Chairman
and Vice-Chairman.
B. DETERMINATION OF TERMS
The Commission will draw lots to determine which Commissioners will serve
a 1 ½ year term to expire on June 30, 2012 or a 2 ½ year term to expire on
June 30, 2013.
C. APPOINTMENT OF REPRESENTATIVE TO THE YOUTH COMMITTEE
The Commission will appoint a representative and an alternate as the Public
Safety Commission liaison to the Youth Committee.
5. NEW BUSINESS
A. Burke, Williams & Sorensen, LLP will provide hearing officer training and
Brown Act compliance and Ethics training for the Commissioners.
B. City Traffic Engineer Patrick Lang, P.E. will provide an overview and training
on traffic and parking issues.

7. ADJOURNMENT
The next regular meeting of the Public Safety Commission will be held on January
6, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 5938 Kauffman Avenue, Temple
City.
