CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of August 15, 2005, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Layton, Pope, Schnitzler and
Vogel
Absent: Martin
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
CONSENT AGENDA:
Mayor John Landwehr stated that some Council Members have asked that item (c), legislative
consultant renewal, be held over.
BILLS PENDING:
2005 -44: Councilman Brian Crane stated he will have a substitute and explained the changes
contained in the substitute bill.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
