AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD,

• The City Council of the City of Lynr•aood, California,
' does ordain as follows, to-wit:
SECTION 1. That upon a hea.ring in the�Council Chambers
of the City Council of the City of Lynwood, California, held upon
the 8th da.y of November 1944, at the hour of 8 o'clock P. M.,
of said day, upon its final report, duly mad.e, noticed and posted
as required by law , in relation to the oroposed change of zones
covering the following described property that is located in the
City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California:
Lots ?, 3, 4, 8 and 9 of Tract 921 as per ItRap
Book 18, Pages 106 and 107, Records of the
Recorder of Los Angeles County;
Sa.id lands are located in the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles,
�State of California, covering the area lying within the boundary as -
following:
Beginning at the Soutl:east corner of Lot 4, Tract 921,
as per map book 18, Pages 106 and 107, records of
Los Angeles County; thence Northwesterly to the Southwest
corner of Lot 2, thence Northerly along the Westerly
line of Lots ?, 8 and 9, of said tract, to the Northivest
corner of Lot 9 in said tract; thence Easterly 12.2.37 feet
to the D?ortheasterly corner of said Lot 9 in said tract;
thence Southerly along the Easterly boundary of Lota 9,
8 and 4 in said Tract to the point of begi.nning, to-ivit:
The transfer of sa.id described. property tha.t is now in Zone R1 of
said City of L�nwood, from said Zone. Rl as established b,y Section
7 of Crdinance No. 285 of said Cit,y into Zone M2 as e�tablished by
I Section 9 of said. Ordinance.
And the said City Council further finds that no ob,jections,
either written or oral, have been made to proposed change of zone
of said lands, and that the public convenience and public necessity
and the �eneral welfare of the People of the City of I�ynwood, .
Qa].ifornia, require that said lands be changed and transferred as
reported in said final report.

-SECTION �, That the above described land, now in Zone
R1 of said City of Lynwood, be a.nd the same is hereby taken from
Zone R1 as established by Section 7 of Ordinance No. 285 of said
City and placed in Zone �2 as established by Section 9 of said
Ordinance.
SECTION 3, That the City Engineer of said Cit,y amend
the zening map of said City to show that said lands described in
Section l�of this ordinance have been changed and transferred from
Zor� R1 into Zone P.42 as established by Ordinance No. 285 of said
City of Lynwood.
5ECTION 4. The City C.lerk shall certify to the adeption
of this ordinance and ehall cause the same to be published once
in the '�Lynwood Press," a legal newspaper printed and publiahed
and circulated in the City of Lynwood, California..
