The G1ty Council of the City of Lynvrood, California, does �
' ordain a.s follorrs, to-writ: `
SECTION 1, That upon a hearing in the Council Chaml�ers
of the City Council of the City of LynProod, California, held upon
. the 19th day of December, 1944, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M.,
of said day, upon itc fina.l report, duly made,, noticed and posted
as reauired by law, in relation to the Proposed. change of zones
covering the following d.escribed property that is located in the
City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of Californla:
The Easterly SO feet of the Southerly 270 feet of.
Lot 15, Tra_ct 5103 as per ma.p recorded in Book 53,
pa.ge'55 of Maps, F.ecords of Los Angelea County,
. California.
Said lands are loca,ted in the City of Lynwood, County of Los
Angelea, State of Calif ornia, covering the area lying on the north
side of Imperial Highv��ay, between Atlantic Boizlevard and Elm
Avenue. The transfer of said deacribed property that is no�a in
Zone R-7: of ; said City of Lynv�ood, from said Zone R-1 a.s establish-
. ed by @ection 7 of Orc�inance No. 2.85 of said City into Zone C-3
as established by Section 8 of said Ordinance.
And the said City Council further finds that no ob,�ections,
: ei.ther written or oral, have been made to proposed change oP zone
of said lands, and tha.t the publ-ic ecnvenience and. pt,blic neces-
, sity a.nd the �ene^al vrelfare of-the people of the City of Lynv�ood,

California, require that said lands lie changed and transferred
as reported in sa.id Final Report,
,'. SECTION� That the above described land, now in 7one R-1
of said City of Lynwood, be and the same is hereby taken from Zone

R-1 a.s established by Section � of Ord.inance No. 285 of said City
and placed in Zone C-3 as establishad by Section 8 of said Ordin�nce.
SECTION 3. That the City Engineer of said Cit,y be instruc-
ted to amend the zcning map of said City to show that said lands
described in Section 1 of this Ordinanae have been changed and
tra.nsferred from Zore R-1 into Zone C-3 a.s estz.bliehed by Ordin-
ance No. 285 of said City of Lyn�ood.
SECTION 4 The City C1erk_ shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance a.nd shall cause the same to be published once in
the °Lynwood Press,° a legal newspaper printed and published
and circulated in the City of Lynwood, Califorria.
