AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNw00D, CALIFORNIA� TRAN_
SFERRING CERTAIN LAND5,FROM ZONE R�1 INTO ZONE C_g�
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California, doea
ordain as Pollowa, to-veit:
SECTION 1. That upon a hearing in the Council Chambers
of the City Council of the City of LynH�ood, California, held upon
� the 20th day of February, 1945, e.t the hour oP 8:00 ofclock P. M.,
of said day, upon its final report, duly made, noticed and Qosted .
as required by law, in relation to the proposed change of zones
covering the following deacribed property that ia located in the
City oP Lynwood, Coun�q of Los Angeles, 3tate of California:
` I,ot 175, Tract 8716, as per map recorded in .
Book 145, Pages 63 and 64, of Maps, Records
of Los_Angeles County, CalYfornia. •
Said land:ia located in the City oP Lynwood, County of
r Loa Angelea, State of California, and is the Pirst 50 foot Lot
"'� on the North side of Brewster Avenue lying 4Jesterly of the-

Westerly line of the.alley West of Atlantic Avenue. The transfer
of said deseribed property that is now in Zone R-1 of said Citq
oY Lynwood, Yrom said Zone R-1 as established by Section 7 of
Ordinance No. 285 of said City into Zone C-3 as establiahed by
Section.8 of said Ordinance. _
And the said City Council further finds that no ob,jections,
_ either written or oral, have been made to proposed change of zorie
of said lands, and that the public convenience and public necess-
, ity and the general welfare of the people of the City of Lynwood,
California, require that said lands be changed and traneferred
as reported in said Final Report.
SECTION 2;_ That the above described land, now in Zone R-1 �
of said City of Lynwood, be and the same is hereby taken from Zone

R-1 as established by Section 7 of Ordinance No. 285 oP sald City
and placed in Zone C-3 as established by Section 8 of said Ordinance.
SECTION 3. That the City Engineer of said City be inatruc-
ted to amend the zoning map oP said City to show that said lands
described in Section 1 oP thia Ordinance have been changed and
trassferred from Zone R-1 into Zone C-3 as establiahed by Ordin- .
ance No. 285 of.sald:City of Lynwood.
SECTION 4. The qity Clerk shall� certify to-the adoption
of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once im _
- the °Lynwood Presa," a le�al newspaper printed and published
and circulated in the City oP Lynwood, California.
