AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORIQIA,
TRAIQSFEHHING CERTAIIQ LANDS FROIDT ZONE R_L INTO
ZONE C_3,
The City Council of the City oY Lynwood, California,
does ordain as follows, to-wit:
• SECTION �, That upon a hearing in the Council Chambers
, of the City Council of the City oP Lynwood, California, held upon
th� �Oth day of Marc st the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. P,4.,
of said day, upon its fina.l report, duly made, noticed and poated
ae required by law, in rela.tion to the proposed change of zones
covering the following deacribed property that is located in the
City of Lynwood, Gounty of Los Angeles, 3tate of California:
LOT 493, Tract 2551, a,s per map recorded in
Book 24, Pages 78, 79 and 80, of Pdaps, Records
of Los Angeles County, California.

" Said land is loca.ted in the City of Lyi�wood, County
of Los An,n,•eles, Stata of California, and is on the South side of
. Platt Avenue between California Avenue and the first alley East
of Long Beach Boulevard. The transfer of said described property
:� that is now in Zone R-1 of said City of Lynwood, from said Zone
a
- R-1 as established by @ection 7 of Ordinance No. 285 of said City
into Zone C-3 as established by Section 8 of said Ordinance.
And the said City Council further finds that no,ob,jections,
either written or oral, have been made to propesed change of zone
of said lands, and that the public convenience and public necess-
ity a,nd the general welfare of the people of the City of Lynwood,
California, require that said lands be changed and transferred '
as reported in said Final Report,
SECTION 2, That the above described land, now in Zone
R-1 of said City oP Lynwood, be and the same is hereby taken Yrom
Zone R-1 as established by Section 7 of Ordinance No. 285 of said City
and placed in Zone C-3 as estab.lished by 5ection 8 of said Ordinance.
. SECTION 3 . That the City Engineer of said. City be instruc-
ted to amend the zoning map of said City to show that said lands
described in Section 1 of .this Ordinance have been changed and �
transferred from Zone R-1 i.nto Zone C-3 as established by Ordin-
� a.nce No. 285 of said City of Lynwood. ,
SECTION �, The City Clerk shalI certify to the adoption
• of this ordinance and shall cause the came to be nublished once in
the "Lymvood�Press,�� a legal ne�spaper printefl and published
and circulated in the City of Lymvood, California.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of Abril , 1945.
