The City Council of tne City of Lynwood, California,
does ordain as follov��s:
Section /y of Oz•ciinance No. 382 oz the City of Lyrnvood
is Yiereby au�ended to read as follows:; ,
Section 4. Al1 monies received by the City Treasurer I
from the Water Depurt�ent shall be credited as follor�s::
Twenty-five cents (25L`) per month fro� eacii user snall
be credited to the Capital Outlay Fund for city park
. i�provement, and all o� the balance of said money shall
be credited to the Water Fundand a7!1 money shall be paid
out of said funds upon warrants duly drativn thereon in the
__ _ _ manner_ pr.ovided by law. _ .. _ ,
Section 8 of Ordinance No. 382 of t11e City of Lyn�vood
is hereby amended to read as follovrs:
Section 8. Al1 meters, except those installed for
contractors, shall be read monthly, and all charges for
water supplied through a meter shall become due and pay-
able at the time of reading and shall be delinquent
fifteen days a£ter a bill has been mailed to the user.
�11 charges for wa.ter except meter rates shall become
due and payablein advance at the City Hall on the lst day
of.' each mozith. ' �
