AN ORDINANC� 0:+' THE CITY OF LYNWWOOD, CALIFORNIA, TRAN�
�SF'ERRING CERTAI�? L.ANDS FROM ZONE R-1 INTO 2ONE C-3.
Th� City Council of the Cit�a of Lynwood, California, does
ordain as follows, to=wit:
SECTION 1; That upon a hearing in the Council Chambers of
the City Hall, 11331 Plaza 9reet, held before the Cit�* Council of
the City of Lynwood upon tho 3rd dag of July, 1945, at the hour
o£ 8:00 0�3 ock P. M., of said day, upon its final report, duly
made, noticed and posted as required by law, in relation to the
proposed change of zone covering the following described propert5
. that is located in the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles�
State of California;
Lots 122, 123, 124, 154, 155', 156 and 157 of Tract
No. 921 of Maps, Recorded in Book 18, at Pages 106
and 107 of Maps in the office of the County Recor-
der of Los Angeles County, California.
Said land is located in the Citg of Lynurood, County of
Los �ngeles, State of Cglifornia, and is on the north and west
side of Imperial Hi�hway, between Bellin�er Street and Fernwood
Avanue. Said described property that is no�v in Zone R-1 0£ said
City of Lynwood is hereby transferred from said Zone R-1 as es-
tablished by Section 7 of Ordinance No. 285 of said City into
Zone C-3 as established by Section 8 of said Ordinance.
And the sa9d City Council further finds that no objections�
either written or oral, have been made to the �roposed change of
�one of said lands, and that the public mnvenience anrl pu.blic nec-
essit� and the general welfare of the people of the City o£ Lyrn-
ydood, California, require that said lands be changed and trans-
ferred as reported in said Final Report.
SECTION 2: T'aat the above described land, nocJ in Zone R-1
of said Cit�r of Lgnwood, be and the same is hereby taken from Zone
R-1 as established b� Section 7 of Ordinance No. 285 of s�cl City
and placed in Zone C-3 as established by Saction 8 of said �rdinance.
SECTION 3 . 'l�at the City Fsigineer of said Citg ba instruc-
ted to amend the zoning map of said City to show that said land�s
described in Section 1 of this Ordinance have been changed and
transferred fro:n Zone R-1 into Zone C3 as esta�blished by Ordin-
ance No. 285 of said City of Lyrntiood.
SECTION 4. Tho City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
.of this Ordinance shall cause the same to be published once
in the `�Lyriwood Yress," a legal newspaper printed and published
and circulated in the City of Lynwood, Califosn ia.
