. The,City Gouncil of the �itg of Lynwood does ordain as
Polloxs:
• 3ECTION 1: That there is hereby established a building aet-
back line oS ten (10) Peet on both sides of Long Beaah Bouleva�d�
in the City oP Lynerood� From Fernwood Avenue on th� North to Orchard
Avenue on the 3outh, and from ImperlelHighrva7 on the South to Cen-
_ tury Bouleeard on the North, and that between sa3d po3nta on Long
Beacsh Boulevard no building or structure ahall be ereeted or con-
etructed aesrer than ten (10) feat Prom the property line Paaing on
each eide of Long B'each Boulevard, and the Bullding Inspector of the
C3ty of Lynwood is hereby direeted to not issue any building permit
to construct any building nearer than ten (10) feet oP Long Beach

SECTION 2t That thore ia hereby established a bullding set-
back line of seeen (7) feet on both aidea of Long Beach Boulev�rd,

periel Highway on tha North, and that betwsen said pointa on Long
Baach Boulenard no building or atructure shall be erected or con-
atruated nearer than aenen (7) feet from the property line facin� on
eaeh side oP Long Beaah Boulevard, and the Building Iaepeator oP the
CYty oi' Lymrood ia hereby direoted to not iasue any building permit
to eonatruat any building nearer than seven (7) feat oS Long Beaeh
Boulevard betsoeen Beechwood Avenue and Imperial Highaay.
SECTION 3: Any violation of thia Ordinance ahall be a mis-
demeaaor punishable by a fine of not eaceeding three hundred dullaas
(�300.00} or by imprisonment in the County Jail oP Los Angeles County
