ULATING THAT FLAT RATE 4VATER BILLS SHALL BE PAY-
ABLE BI--AdONTHLY.
The City Counc.il of the Cit,y of Lym�rood, California, doea
ordain as follows:
Section 1: That Section of Ordinance ATO. 412 amending

Section 8 of Ordinance No. 382 of the City of Lynevood is hereby
amended to read as follorva:
Sect 8 : All meters, except those inetalled for con-
tractors, ahall be read monthly, and all charges for wate.r supplied
through a meter shall become due and payable at the time of reading
and shall become delinquent fifteen days after a bill has been
mailed to the uaer.
� All charges for water, except meter rates, will be billed �
once every tvJO months and such bills shall become due and payable,
in udvance, at the City Hall on the first day of each bi-monthly
period. This bi-�nonthly-period will be indicated on each flat rate
water bill. ; •
.: 9ection 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
and. adoption of the ordinance and shall forthwith cauae the same to !�
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a weekly,newspaper of g.eneral ,.
circulation, printed, published and circulated within said City of
,w and which is hereby deaignated for such publication.,
