AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDZNANCE N0. 422 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN
AMENDED SECTION OF THE ZONZNG MAP WHICH IS A
PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0. 422,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain
as follows:
SE ION 1: The Official land use plan of the �ity
of Lynwooq� s es a lished-by 0rdinance No. 422 is hereby
amended �r 'classifying from R-3 Zone to C-2. Zone, Lota 1& 2,
Block l�:d ract No. 9337, at the southwest corner of Imperial
Highway and Linden Street.
SECTION 2; The said Clasaifications shall apply
in the manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part nl-F°
of the zoning map�of the City of Lynwood, bein� a part oY sa.id
Ordinance No. 422 and which amendatory part °1-F" is a part
hereoP.
SECTION 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and
diTected toaer��o the passage oP thia ordinance and to
cause the same to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a
�_ � newspaper of general ciraulation, printed and circulated in the
City of Lynwood. This ordinance ahall be effective thirty days
after passage.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this22nday of October, 1946.
