The City Council of the City of Lym�cod does ordain as
f ollovJS t
Section 1: Every person under the age of eighteen Jears
��rho loiters about the public streets, avenues, alleys, narks, or
public nlaces betsveen the hour of 10:00 o'clock P. ��I, and the time
of sunrise of tl�e follovJ=ng d�.y �hen not accornnanied by his parent
or legal guardian having legal custo3y and control of euch per�on,
or spouse of sucll person over tm�enty-one yeare of age, is guilty
of a misdemeanor,
Section 2: Eve�^y parent, guardian, o±^ o�her person having
the le�al c1re, custody, er contr.ol of anv person under the age of
eignteen years �rrno allows or permits such person to violate an;�
provision of this ordinance is guilty of.a misdemeanor. :
Seation 3: Any person violating any of the provisions
of Lhis ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and. upor
conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine of not more than
"wr300.00 or bg imprisonment ir. the City Jail or in the County Jail of
the Gounty of Los Angeles, for a per.iod of not more than three (3)
months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Section 4 : If any provision o'' this ordinance, or the
. application Lhereof to any person or circumstance �� held to be
unconstitutional, the remainder of this ordinance and the application
of such provieions to other persons and circumstance� sn�ll not be
affected thereby.

Lyr_t!�ood.
