The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordai n as followa2 � - SECTION 1: That Chapter 3, Section 3 of Ordinance No. - 394 be amended to read as follows: - Chapter 3, Section 3: An applicant for a permit to construct any work, curbs, gattera, walks or highway aurfaces, shall, " in addition to the isauance fee, pay or make a depoait Yor an en�in- eering and/or inspection fee, as follows: (a) For eaoh residential drivexag he aha1L pay One Dollar and Fifty Cents, (�1.50); (b) For each commercial driveway he shall pay Four pollare, (�4.00); . . (e) In all,other cases he sha.11 deposit "an amount eatimated by the Superintendent of Streets_to be equal, to twlce the actual costa of all necessary engineering and inapection. BECTION 2d The City Clerk shall certify to Lhe passage of this ordinance and shall cauae said ordlnance to be published onee in the Lynwood Presa, a weekly newapaper of �eneral circulation, printed, published and circulated within said City of Lynwood and which nearspaper is hereby designated for that purpose.
