ORDINANCE N0. 458
AN ORDINANCE A.n4ENDING ORDINANCE N0. 422 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CHl1NGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF CER-
TAIN PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF
SAID ORDINHNCE N0. 422.
The City Council of,the City of Lynwood doea ordain as
followa:
Section 1: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynrvood, as eatablished by ordinance No. 422 is hereby amended by
reclassifying from R-2 Zone to R-3 Zone Lots 28 through 32, Block
1, Mod,jeaka Park and Lots 1 through 5, Block 22, P!Iod�eska Park,
located on the east and west side of State Street between Norton
Avenue and Poplar Drive.
Section 2; The said claesification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part "1-B" of
zoning map of.the City of Lynwood, being a part oP said ordinance
No. 422 and which amendatory part "1-B!! is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and flirected
to certify to the passage of thia ordinance and. to cause the same
to be publiahed once in the Lyna��ood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation printed and.circulated in the City of Lynwood. This '
ordinance shall be effective thirty days aPter passage.
