AN ORDIidANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 422 FOR
THE PURPO$E OF CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF
CERTAIIQ PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTIOIQ OF AM AMEIQD-
ED SEGTION OF THE ZONING T9AP WHICH IS A PART OF
SAID ORDINANCE N0. 422.
The City Gouncil oP the City of Lynwood does ordain as
- follo�va:.
SECTION 1: The officisl land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 422 is hereby amended by
reclassifying Yrom R-1 zone to C-2 and P-1 zones Tract 14391 as
follovas: Lots 1 through 18 to zone C-2; Lots 19 throu�h 26 to
zone P-1.
� SECTION 2; The said classifications ahall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part "1-D" of the
zoning map of the�City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 422 and which amendatory part °1-D° is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk ia hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the paseage of this ordinance and to cause the same�
to be published once in the Lynwood Preas, a newepaper of general
circulation printed, publiahed, and circulated in the City of Lyn�vood.
Thia ordinance ehall be effective thirty days after passage.
