ORDINANCE N0. 469
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AhIENDING
SECTION 24 OF ORDINAP?CE N0. 316 OF SAID CITY,
RELATIn�G TO THE HARBORING, CARE, CUSTODY, AND
CONTROL OF DOGS, ETC.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follo�+s:
Section 1: Section 24 of Ordinance No. 316 ia hereby
amended to read as followa:
3ection 24t Upon compleint that any dog has bitten a human
being, the Poundmaster and his agents, aervants, and employees and
the Police of the City oP Lynwood and �.11 authorized agents, servants,
and employees of the City of Lynwpod are hereby authorized to go upon
any premiaea in the City of Lynwood to pursue, recover, and take there-
from and impound any such dog.
The Poundmaster and hia agents, servante, and employeea
and the Police of the City of Lynwood and any agen �, servants, and
employees of such City are further authorized to go upon any premises,
private or otherwise, within the City of Lynwood to recover or remove
any dog unlawfully allowed or pernitted by any peraon to go free or
to run at large or upon any public street, alley, public road, highway,
public park, school yard, or any other public place, or unlawPully to
enter upon any enclosed lot or premiaes; and any person accepting a.
dog licenae purauant to thia ordinance agreea and conaents to the
removal or recovery of any dog purauant to thia section �nd any person
who fails to take out a license pursuant to this ordinance shall be
deemed to agree and consent to any auch removal or recovery.
Section 2: The City Clerk shall certlYy to,trie passage of
this ordinance and sha.11 cause same to be published once in the Lyriwood
� newapaper of general circulation, printed, publiahed, and
