PURPOSE OF CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF CER-
TAiN PRUPERTIES ,AND THE ADOPTION OF AN PMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZONING IvTAP WHICH IS A PART QF
' S.AID ORDIIvTANCE N0. 422.
The City Councll of the City of Lynarood. doea ordain as
follov�s:
SECTIUn ls The official land use plan oP the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 4Z2 ia hereb amended by
reclasaifying Prom R-1 zone to C-2, P-1, and R-3 zones Tract 15016 as
a follo�is: Lots 2'77 through 286 to zorie C-2; Lots 287 through 296
k
to zone P-2, Lots 265 through 276 to Zone R-3. •
SECTION 2: The said classificationa shall applv in the
manner.set forth in detail in the amendatory•part "2-F7° of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of s�id Ordinance
No. 422 and which amendatory part "2-�" is a part hereof.
, SECTIUN 3: The City Clerk i� hereby oirlered and dSreeted
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be publiahed once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynweod.
Th�at,�,ordinance shall be effective thirty days after passage.
