AN ORDINANCE A��IENDING ORDINANCE N0. 422 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CHANGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF CER-
TAIN PFOPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AI�4ENDED
3ECTION OF THE ZONING MAP �JHICH IS A PART OF SAID
ORDINANCE N0. 422. -
The Citq Council of the City of Lynwood doea ordain ae
follows:
Section 1: The official land uae plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 422 Sa hereby amended by
reclaesifying�from R-1 zone to C-2.and P-1 zones Tract 152�9 as
followal Lota 108 through 117 to zone C-2; Lots 118 through 127
to zone P-1. -
Section 2: The said. classifications shall apply in the
manner aet forth in detail in the amendatory part 2-D-E of the
zonin� map of the City of Lynwood, b eing a part of said Ordinance
No. 422 and which amendatory part 2-D-E is a part hereoP.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the pasasge oP this ordinance and to cauee the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation printed, published, and circulated in the city of
Lynwood. This�ordinance ahall be effective thirty days after passage.
