PURPOSE UF C?,L�lI�tGING THE CLASSIFICATION OF CFRTAIt1
PROPERTIES AND T'dE ADOPTION OF AN F.PdE1VDED SFCTION
OF THE ZOt�ING D,1AP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDIAi-
ANCE N0. 422.
The City Council of the Cit,y of Lyn��ood does ordain a.s
follows:
section 1: The official land use plan of the �ity of
Lynvrood as established by Ordinance No. 422 is hereb,y amended by
reclassifying certain lots as follows: Lots 35, 36, 47, 48, 66, 67,
`76, 77, 96, 105, Tract 4936 from Zone R-3 to Zone C-2; Lots 97, 104,
Tract 4936 and Lots 193, 194, 195, 220, 221, 222 Tract.5222 from
Zone P-1 to Zone C-2.
Section 2: The sa.id classification.shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part "4-A", of the
zoning map of_the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 422 and �,vhich amendatory part "4-A" is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and 3irected,
to certify to the.passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be publ±shed once in the Lyn�vood Press, a nesvspaper of general ,
cireulation printed, published, s.nd circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
