PLANNITJG CONI2v1ISSI0N OF THE CITY OF LYN4YOOD SHALL

CUS�D AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
The City Council of the Gity of L.yntvood. does ordain as
follows: .
Section 1: That Ordirance No. 410 is amended by adding there-
to a section to be deaignated as Section 2-A of said Ordin�nce to read
as folloVas:
°Section 2-A: Any appointee member cf"the Planning Commission
of the City of Lynvaood shall automatically be deemed to have resigned
Prom said Commission and his office as a member of said Commission
shall automatically,be vacated in the event that any appointee member
of said Commi3sion fails to attend te��o consecutive regular meetings of
the Planning Commission of the City of Lyri�vood, unlesa such failure to
attend is ,
A. Excused by prior action of the Commission, recorded and
noted in the minutes of said Commission, or
B. Is the result oP illness or other unavoidable or excusabZe
conditions and the City Council notes and excuses such absence and the
reason therefor in the rainutes of the first regular meeting of such
City Council following notice of any such absence to the City Council.
The Secretary oP the Planning Commiasion shall Porthwith
. notify the City Couneil u�hen any appointes m_ember of the Planning Com-
unexcused
-, mission is absent for two consecutive �regular meetings of the Commission."
Section 2: The CS.ty Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to
,� certify to the passage oP this ordinance and to cause the sane to be
� publiahed once in the L,ynwood Press, �. newspaper of �eneral circulation
printed, publ.ished and circulated in the City of Lyniuood,
