The City Gouncil of the City of L,yr_wood does hereby ordain
as follows:
Section 1: That Section 12 of Ordinance ::o. 416.ie a.mended
to read as follows:
"Section 12: Seetions 6, 7, and. 11 of this ordinance shall
not be deemed to �pply to the purchase, receipt, or sale by second hand
,�'
dealers, ,junk dealers, or ,junk co].lectors of rags, bottlee, including
milk or cream bottles; second,h� nd sacks, barrels, cans, shoes, lamns,
stoves or household furniture, except secving machires, musical instru-
ments, and ty�evrriters. The Chief of Police of the City of Lymrrood
may, from time to time, by written order desi�nate other articles
which may be exemat from the p?^ovisions of Section 6, 7, and 11 of
: this ordinance.
Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify �to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lyn�iood Press, a ne�NSpaper of general circu-
lation, printecl and circulated in the City cf Lyn�+rood.
