HomeMy Public PortalAboutPRR 16-2397Renee Basel From: Jonathan O'Boyle <joboyle@oboylelawfirm.com> Sent: Friday, November 11, 2016 1:29 PM To: OConnor, Joanne M.; Renee Basel; Richard Conforti; Jonathan O'Boyle Subject: Public Records Request To the Custodian, I was looking for communications to law enforcement agencies regarding Jonathan O'Boyle, Chris O'Hare, Martin O'Boyle, the O'Boyle Law Firm or any of the Defendants in the 2015 RICO suit. Specifically, emails, letters, or text messages sent by the Town of Gulf Stream, its agents, its staff, or its commissioners to law enforcement agencies (Federal or State) and any responses thereto. As always, please do not incur a special service charge without my prior authorization. I am looking for electronic copies if available. As for the incident involving Martin O'Boyle at last year's Town Hall meetings which resulted in a Broward prosecution, I would like only communications from the Town Manager and/or Town Commissioners. In other news, I am trying to get a count of outstanding requests. Which of my requests does the Town still have as outstanding for me, I want to reconcile what I have and what the Town has. Second, I would like the current vendor contract with the person or entity that manages the Town's email exchange server. This document should be readily accessible and I will accept it in electronic form. Please shoot me a note if there is anyway I can clarify or give guidance. Thank you kindly.
