ANCE N0. 418 OF THE CITY OF LYN�VOOD.
The City Council of the City of Lyn���ood d.oes hereby ordain
as follows:
Section l: That Subdivision (a), Section 75, of Oidinance
No. 4 18 is amended to read as follo��e:
'"Eection 75, Astrology, Palmistry, etc.:
(a) Every person, cenducting•, HQanaging, or carrving on the
pr.ofession, or cor.ducting, managing, or carrying on the business or
�.rt of astrology, pa.lmistrv, nhrenology, life reading, fortune-telling,�
cartmancy, clairvoyance, clairaudience, crystal-gazing, hypnotism,
meemerism, mediumship, nrophecy, augury, divination, magic necromanev,
or an,y occult science, and v�ho d.emands or receives a fee for the
pr2ctice or exhibition of his business or art, or v� o practices or
gives an exhibition of his business free, or who practices or gives an

e�ibition of hie business as a bonus, prize, or fee with the sale oY
any book or other article; or e�ho gives an exhibition thereto at any

section until an application has been filed rvith a.nd approved by the
