RESOLUTION 411 -6
ESTABLISHING A PETTY -CASH FUND FOR THE BOROUGH
OF CARTERET PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:5 -21
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of NJ.S.A. 40A:5 -21 a Petty Cash Fund be
established for the Borough of Carteret upon final approval from the Division of Local Government
Services; and
WHEREAS, said Petty Cash Fund will be maintained and accounted for by the Purchasing Department
in the amount of $400.00; and
WHEREAS, the Custodian of said fund will be bonded with corporate surety in the amount of
$1,000.00.
Adopted this 2 day of January, 2011
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 3, 2011.
