CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of October 17, 2005, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Layton, Martin, Pope,
Schnitzler, and Vogel
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
CONSENT AGENDA:
Councilman Kevin Brown stated he wishes to recuse himself from Item (c) and requested
that it be considered separately so he can abstain from voting on it.
BILLS PENDING
2005 -88: Councilman Kevin Brown stated he plans to place this bill on the Informal Calendar.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
