ACCEPTING AI%TD ALPPROVRhG REQUESTS FOR VARIOUS PROFESSION_ L
SERVICES FOR THE 2011 CALENDAR YEAR
W1REAS, in December 2010, the Borough issued a Request for Proposals
( "RFP ") soliciting responses for the provision of various professional services
for the 2011 Calendar Year; and
WHEREAS, the RFP's were solicited pursuant to a fair and open process in
accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A -20.5; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Clerk's Office has on file the submitted responses
to the RIP: and
WHEREAS, S, the Borough has submitted the responses submitted and is
desirous of accepting and/or approving the responses to the RFP from the
attached list of professional service entities for the respective professional
services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the \4ayor and Council of
The Borough of Carteret as follows:
1. That these professional services entities which are on file in the Clerk's Office
are hereby approved to provide the respective professional services.
2. That this action is approved as an award of a professional services
contract pursuant to N.J.S.A. ?0A:11- 5(1)(a).
3. That this award is pursuant to a fair and open process in accordance
with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A -20.5.
