The Transportation and Public Safety Commission will now hear public
comments regarding items not listed on the agenda. The procedure to address
the Commission is highlighted on the first page of this agenda.

unless removed for further discussion. If members of the Commission or persons
in the audience wish to discuss any matters listed on the Consent Calendar,
please address them at this time.

Recommendation: Approve
PROCEDURE TO ADDRESS TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION: If
you wish to address the Transportation and Public Safety Commission, please complete a
speaker request form, indicating the agenda item number and submit it to the Clerk. There will
be a 3-minute time limit on each speaker, unless waived by the Commission. You have the
opportunity to address the Commission at the following times:

NON-AGENDA ITEM: at the time for PUBLIC COMMENTS. Please note that while
the Commission values your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act, the Commission

A. TRAFFIC CALMING MEASURES FOR ARDEN DRIVE BETWEEN DAINES
DRIVE AND LOWER AZUSA.
Presentation: Transtech Engineer’s Inc.
Recommendation:
The Transportation and Public Safety Commission is requested to review the
report prepared by the City’s traffic engineer (Transtech) to evaluate traffic
conditions along Arden Drive between Daines Drive and Lower Azusa Road, and
recommend that the City Council approve the implementation of the traffic
calming measures recommended in the report.
