CALL TO ORDER

The December 2, 2005, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:00 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Berry, Brown, Harvey, Layton, and Martin
Absent: Crane, Ferguson, Pope, Schnitzler, and Vogel
A quorum was not present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
Mayor John Landwehr requested that Real Estate be added to the agenda under "Closed
Session."
CONSENT AGENDA:
Item b: Mayor John Landwehr disclosed that parties of interest in this issue are clients of
his, and that he would recuse himself if discussion should occur.
Mayor Landwehr requested that someone from staff give an explanation of cluster
subdivisions to the council and the citizens at Monday night's meeting. Community
Development Director Pat Sullivan stated that he would have Mr. Roy Dudark make a
presentation and be available to answer questions.
BILLS INTRODUCED:
2005 -117: Councilman Kevin Brown disclosed that he would be recusing himself from all
discussion and voting in this bill due to a conflict of interest.
2005 -118: Mayor Landwehr asked some of the parties of interest who were present to
announce the public meeting they have scheduled to discuss this issue. The persons
representing the developer(s) stated the a meeting will be held at the Missouri River
Regional Library second floor conference room on Thursday, December7 at 5:30 -6:30 P.M.

BILLS PENDING:
2005 -112 - Councilman Kevin Brown stated he would like this bill placed on the Informal
Calendar to allow more time to read it all.
2005 -115 - Councilman Kevin Brown stated he would like to request that the sponsor place
this bill on the Informal Calendar to allow some details to be worked on in the agreement.

There being no other business brought forward, the meeting adjourned at 12:30 P.M.
