CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of December 5, 2005, was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Brown, Crane, Harvey, Layton, Martin, and Pope (* arrived at 5:58)
Absent: Berry ( *arrived for regular meeting), Ferguson, Schnitzler, and Vogel
A quorum was not present during the majority of the meeting.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
BILLS:
2005 -88: The sponsor is going to let this bill die on the Informal Calendar.
2005 -112: - This bill will be removed from the Informal Calendar and voted on.
2005 -115: This will remain on the Informal Calendar to allow agreement details to be finalized.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
