CALL TO ORDER

The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of December 19, 2005, was convened at 5:45 P.M.
by Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Layton, Martin ( *arrived at 5:50
P.M.), Pope, Schnitzler, and Vogel
Absent: None
quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGEN
DA ITEMS
Items were not necessarily discussed in order that they appeared on the agenda.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
(b) Mayor John Landwehr announced that the City had received a request from the applicant
in the Bear Run Cluster Subdivision project today to continue the public hearing to a later date.
He stated staff had contacted all the interested parties that they could during the day to let
them know about the continuance.
BILLS:
2005 -116: This will be placed on the Informal Calendar until the public hearing mentioned
above can be rescheduled.
2005 -117: Councilman Kevin Brown stated he will not be participating in either discussion or
voting on this due to a conflict of interest.
2005 -118: A substitute bill was distributed by City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus, who explained
what changes will be made by the language in the substitute.

RESOLUTIONS:
Mayor John Landwehr asked if there would be any objections to his taking up Resolution
RS2005 -11 right after the public hearings since there would be some persons present at the
meeting who were interested in that item. No one objected.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
