AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSE FOR THE 2011 -2012 LICENSE TERilI
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for EXPRESS TAXI for the 2010 -2011 License Term
by the following:
LUIS A. CRESPO
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to LUIS A. CRESPO for the 2011 -2012 License Tema.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2011-
2012 License Tenn to LUIS A. CRESPO.
Adopted this 6 day of January, 2011
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 7, 2011
