Pursuant to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes and the Freedom of Information
Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, 1 hereby request:
Any and all reports listing John Crompton, W/M, Date of Birth 04/08/1964, and
Amy Crompton, W/M, Date of Birth 03/23/1966 as a subject, suspect, reporter,
witness or victim.
Additionally, please provide all calls for service for the past five years at the
following address:

I agree to pay reasonable duplication fees for the processing of this request.
If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by
reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all
segregable portions of otherwise exempt material. I, of course, reserve the right to
appeal your decision to withhold any information or to deny a waiver of fees.
I look forward to your reply within 20 business days, as the statute requires. Thank

The Town of Gulf Stream received your public records requests on November 28, 2016. You
should be able to view your request at the following link:

In future correspondence, please refer to this public records request by the above referenced
numbers.
The Town has spent at least 15 minutes on your request and now estimates that to respond to
your request will require approximately an additional three hours police support at $71.55 per
hour, and an additional half hour administrative support at $35.60 per hour, the labor cost of the
personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). If the costs of producing these
documents will exceed your deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial production of
responsive records and an estimate for the production of any additional responsive records. If the
costs of production are less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the responsive
records and a refund.
(Three hours @ $71.55 = 214.65 + One half hour @ $35.60 = $35.60) = Deposit Due:
$250.025 in cash or check.
Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond to your
public records request in a reasonable amount of time. If we do not hear back from you within
30 days of this letter, we will consider this request closed.
