CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of February 6, 2006, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry (arrived at 5:50 P.M.), Brown, Harvey, Layton, Martin, Pope,
Schnitzler, and Vogel
Absent: Crane and Ferguson
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGEN
DA ITEMS
Discussion was held regarding the appointments as City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus stated
he believed the agenda which the Council received in their packets contained an error. He
indicated that the error to the agenda was corrected after the Brown Bag meeting on February
3. Councilman Kevin Brown stated he would be voting against the appointments as he believed
a couple of them may have conflict of interest issues.
Mayor John Landwehr stated that Mr. Bill Case would be making a presentation tonight
regarding the Highway 179 Corridor Annexation which will be voted on tomorrow.
The meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
