REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING FEBRUARY 6, 2006
Mr. Jason CaII, 913 Amethyst Lane, commended the developers for the additional work
they have done to try to address concerns by affected property owners, but he stated he still
feels he is still opposed to the development as proposed. His main concerns were the traffic
flow and the type of building materials which may be used in the structures which may affect
the value of other structures in the vicinity.
Mr. John Treu, 916 Sardonyx, stated that his main reason for opposing to the development
is the traffic flow and the number of lots that the developers want to develop.
Mr. Gregory Wood, 909 Amethyst Lane, stated he is also opposed to the number of lots
being established in this property.
The Council asked questions of the witnesses about certain points made in their respective
presentations.
There being no further persons wishing to speak on the issue, Mayor John Landwehr
declared the evidentiary portion of the public hearing concluded at this time, and that the
Council would now consider the associated Bill.
No one present requested to speak in favor of, or opposition to, the proposed rezoning.

requirements for such petitions. Therefore, a super- majority of the Council will not be
required to pass Bill 2005 -116. A lengthy discussion was held, including questions asked
