CALL TO ORDER
The February 17, 2006, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:05 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Berry, Harvey, Layton, and Martin
Absent: Brown, Crane, Ferguson, Pope, Schnitzler, and Vogel
A quorum was not present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor John Landwehr announced that attorney Duane Schreimann has submitted a
Request for Continuance on behalf of the applicant in the matter of the William Street
rezoning request which is on the agenda for the first public hearing on Monday night. Mayor
Landwehr stated that the Council would need to make a motion and vote to grant the
requested continuance at the meeting Monday night. City Planner Janice McMillan stated
that all interested parties had been notified of the continuance request.
Mayor John Landwehr announced that the newly- appointed City Administrator Steve
Rasmussen will be reporting to work on February 28.
Parks & Recreation Director Bill Lockwood announced that the February 13 Parks and
Recreation Commission meeting which had been canceled has been rescheduled for4:00
P.M. on February 20.
