July 11, 2018 6:30 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Jake Lindsay, Member Dee Johnson, Member John Lott, Member James
West, Member Shane Harrigfeld, and Assistant Clerk Heather Marley.
ABSENT: None.
VISITORS: Jeff and Cheri Hart.
Chairman Lindsay welcomed everyone and Member Johnson led with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Approval of Minutes: Chairman Lindsay entertained a motion. Member Johnson moved to
approve the minutes for June 13, 2018 as written. Member Lott seconded the motion. All in
favor, motion carried.
Items of Business:
Discussion of Stop Sign on the corner of Rockwood Avenue and Haderlie Lane.
Members discussed moving the stop sign from Rockwood Avenue to Haderlie Lane to keep the
flow of traffic moving and prevent potential hazards.
Member West entertained a motion. Member Johnson moved to recommend to the City Council
to approve the amendment. Chairman Lindsay seconded the motion. All in favor, motion carried.
