ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present: Present: Brown, Crane (arrived at 5:48 P.M.), Ferguson, Harvey, Layton, Martin, Schnitzler, and Vogel Absent: Berry and Pope quorum was present. DISCUSSION OF AGEN DA ITEMS Mayor John Landwehr asked the Council if anyone was going to be able to attend the Mizzou Jefferson City day on March 17 which coincides with a Brown Bag meeting. If not, he stated he would write to MU and request that it be rescheduled so city officials could attend. The Council stated they would prefer that it be rescheduled so they can attend. RESOLUTIONS: RS2005 -17: A substitute will be handed out when the meeting starts that changes the total number of authorized signatories from four to eight. The meeting adjourned at 5:50 P.M.
