AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL
APPROPRIATIONS FROM CERTAIN FUNDS
WHEREAS, Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana passed an annual budget
for calendar year 2010 September 28th, 2009 (Ordinance No. 40-2009)
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of
money to certain funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated to the following
funds:
1. Worker's Compensation - $ 120,000.00
Passed and adopted this _6th day of _December_ 2010, by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana.
