AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE 2011
TEMPORARY
BUDGET
WHEREAS, The Revised Statutes of New Jersey 40A:4
-20 provides
for the adoption of emergency temporary appropriations
in
addition to temporary appropriations necessary for the
