Dear Bill:
I trust all of the Town Commissioners have been made aware of all of the litigation
pending against the Town of Gulf Stream by two Plaintiffs, namely, Christopher F.
O'Hare and Martin E. O'Boyle. The purpose of this letter is to enumerate each of the
pending cases and to provide a brief status report in regard to each matter. Please
forward this correspondence to each of the Town Commissioners. The cases pending
