CALL TO ORDER
The April 14, 2006, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:05 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Brown, Harvey, Layton, Martin (arrived at 12:08 PM), Pope, Schnitzler
(by phone), and Vogel
Absent: Berry, Crane, Ferguson
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
FIRST MEETING - OLD COUNCIL
Appointments:
Police Chief Roger Schroeder distributed copies of an appointment memo and requested
that appointment of an Administrative Technician be added to the agenda.
SECOND MEETING - NEW COUNCIL
Public Hearings:
Mayor John Landwehr asked City Administrator Steve Rasmussen to explain the public
hearing which is scheduled for discussion of City's Long -Term Goals.
Bills Introduced:
2006 -4 - Discussion was held regarding the method used to place stop signs in high traffic
areas, and the background of these specific locations.

Councilman Jonathon Schnitzler signed off at 12:30 P.M.
Councilman Kevin Brown asked if motor scooters are allowed on city streets. Mayor John
Landwehr asked if it would be possible to have a presentation from staff on Monday night
to discuss this issue.

There being no other business brought forward, the meeting adjourned at 12:40 P.M.
