6 : 30 PM CITIZEN ' S FORUM - Members of the public are invited to address the Planning Board during this time .
The Planning Board asks that a 3 minute maximum comment period be respected by the speaker. In
order to avoid any possible interpretation of a violation of the Open Meeting Law , the Planning Board will
not provide comment in return to the speaker , however the item may be moved to a future agenda if
discussion is deemed warranted ,

Site Plan Review/Waiver Aaolication #2019 -05 : Applicant/Owner: Nancy S , Sullivan ,
Representative , Michael J . Princi , Esq . of Wynn & Wynn , P . C . for property located at 9 Tower Hill
Circle and shown on Assessor' s Map 66 , Lot 32 in the Commercial High Density ( C- H ) and Residential
Medium Density ( R- M ) zoning districts , Pursuant to Section 179 -67 of the Brewster Zoning Bylaw, the
Applicant seeks a waiver from Site Plan Review for operation of a livery business , If a waiver is not
granted , the Applicant requests to proceed with Site Plan Review pursuant to Section 179-66 of the
Brewster Zoning Bylaw, A special permit recognizing the livery business was granted by the Zoning
Board of Appeals in 2015 .

• Application #2019 -04 : On behalf of Eversource Energy , Kyle Barry will be discussing the 2019
Eversource Energy Vegetation Management Plan , In compliance with Chapter 87 Section 14 of the
Massachusetts General Law, the Planning Board and Tree Warden will hear the proposal for selective
tree pruning on electric circuits 4-95B-600 , 4-89A-89A , 4-896-89B , 4 -95A-597 , 4 -89B -577 , 4-89A-552 ,
and 4-9513 -95B . These circuits include the following designated Scenic Roads : Great Fields Rd ,
Tubman Rd , Millstone Rd , Red Top Rd , Satucket Rd , Run Hill Rd , Stony Brook Rd , Paines Creek Rd ,
Rte 6A , Ellis Landing Rd , Linnell Rd , Crosby Ln , and Slough Rd . Additionally , hazard trees have been
identified for removal on the following designated scenic roads : Rte 6A , Paines Creek Rd , and Slough
Rd .
