FEBRUARY 21, 2018 6:30 P.M.
PRESENT: Chairman Melanie Keyes, Member Dee Johnson, Member John Lott, Member Jake
Lindsey, Member Shane Harrigfeld, and Assistant Clerk Heather Marley.
ABSENT: None
VISITORS: None
Chairman Keyes welcomed everyone and led with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Approval of Minutes: Member Johnson moved to approve the minutes for January 10, 2018 as
written. Member Harrigfeld seconded the motion. All in favor, motion carried.
Items of Business:
Appointment of James West: Assistant Clerk Marley reported the City Council approved the
appointment of James West pending the approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Chairman Keyes expressed concerns James West has yet to be introduced to the Commission.
After further discussion, the Commission decided to table the appointment until they could meet
James West in person.
Reappointment of Member Jake Lindsay, Member John Lott, and Member Dee Johnson:
Chairman Keyes entertained a motion. Member Harrigfeld moved to approve the reappointment
of Member Jake Lindsay, Member John Lott, and Member Dee Johnson. Member Lott seconded
the motion. All in favor, motion carried.
