APPROVAL OF INSTALLMENT PAYMENT
COOKS AVENUE DEVELOPER'S, LLC
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has entered into a contract agreement providing for
construction of a Health and AVelli ess Center; and
WLIEREAS, the Borough is making provisions for payment of the various construction
components comprising the new facility.
NOSY, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. That the Purchasing Department is hereby authorized and directed to make the
second payment to Cooke Avenue Developer's, LLC, the amount of
$5,000,000.00.
2. A copy of this resolution shalt be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing
Department and Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 27 day of January, 2011
and certified as a tie copy of the
original on January 23, 2011.

Asper Resolution Number 11 -31.
THE CONTRACTOR does hereby agree to perform the following:
CONTRACT AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A HEALTH
AND WELLNESS CENTER.
NOT TO EXCEED $5,000,000.00
According to the terms set forth in the Resolution.
THE BOROUGH does hereby agree to pay the Contractor the sum set forth in the
Resolution.
