at The Brewster Town Office Building, 2198 Main Street, Brewster, MA

Recording or Taping Notification : "As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informing yott that the Town
will be videotaping and/or audio taping this public meeting. In addition, if anyone else intends to either video or audio

1 . FY 2020 Financial report .
2 . Discussion and possible vote on the completeness, CPA eligibility, and timeliness of the Open Space
Committee' s $ 750, 000 funding request for the acquisition of approximately 23 . 91 acres off Slough Road
called Windrift Acres . Discussion and possible vote on a funding recommendation for the Windrift Acres
open space acquisition .
3 . Discussion and possible vote on the revised $ 50, 300 conditional award letter to the Dog Park
Development Committee .
4 . Report on the presentations to the Finance Committee and Select Board on CPC Town Meeting
articles 9 and 23 .
5 . Open projects update : Brewster Housing Authority- Huckleberry Lane .
6 . Vote to approve the minutes of the January 31, 2019 CPC Housing Sub - committee meeting .
7 . Vote to approve the minutes of the March 13 , 2019 CPC meeting .
8 . Announcements .
9 . Items the chair could not reasonably anticipate .
