CALL TO ORDER
The April 28, 2006, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:08 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Ferguson, Harvey, Layton, Pope, and Vogel
Absent: Berry, Brown, Crane, Martin, and Schnitzler
A quorum was not present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Appointments:
Mayor John Landwehr discussed appointments of Council members to committees and
liaisons to boards and commissions. He stated he planned to mostly follow last year's
appointments unless anyone asked him to change it.
Bills Introduced:
2006 -11, 2006 -12, 2006 -13: City Planner Janice McMillan showed drawings and color
renditions of the proposed new Wal -Mart development at Cityview Drive. She answered
several questions asked by the Council members.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no other business brought forward, the meeting adjourned at 12:45 P.M.
