CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of May 15, 2006, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Berry, Brown, Crane, Ferguson (arrived at 5:53 p.m.), Harvey, Layton,
Martin, Pope, Schnitzler, and Vogel
Absent: None
A quorum was present.

DA ITEMS
Public Hearings:
Mayor John Landwehr made comments regarding what was discussed at the May 12 Brown
Bag meeting regarding whether the Council will vote on two of the three Wal -Mart related items
tonight. Council agreed it wished to vote on items (d) and (e) but postpone item (f) and place
the associated bill 2006 -13 on the Informal Calendar.
The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
