CALL TO ORDER
The June 2, 2006, "Brown Bag" Work Session was convened at 12:08 P.M. by Mayor John
Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Brown, Harvey, Martin, Schnitzler, and Vogel
Absent: Berry, Crane, Ferguson, Layton, and Pope
A quorum was not present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bills Pending:
2006 -18 - Councilman Dean Martin and City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus discussed
whether the Council would be ready to vote on this Monday night or not. Following
discussion, which included the fact that Councilmen Schnitzler and Vogel will be absent
Monday night, Councilman Dean Martin announced he will be placing this bill on the
Informal Calendar Monday night.
Resolutions:
RS2006 -4 - City Planner Janice McMillan stated this needs to be tabled Monday night to
satisfy the public hearing period.
Announcements:
City Administrator Steve Rasmussen distributed his weekly memo to the Council and
announced the following:
1. Fire training school will occur in Jefferson City next week
2. Explained the significance of Charles Lansford's appointment to the Mid - Missouri
Solid Waste District
